Refund Policy & Cancellation Options – Courses & Seminars
To cancel a booking/order the Attendee must notify Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment in writing fourteen (14) business days prior to the Course/Seminar commencement date. The booking/order payment amount received by Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment will be returned to the Attendee within (21) business days from the course/seminar completion date, less AU$100.00 known as the Non Refundable Deposit.
If notification of cancellation has been received by Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment from the Attendee prior to fourteen (14) business days from the Course/Seminar commencement date, the Attendee can request a booking to be rescheduled without penalty or loss of the deposit at a cost of AU$50.00 (Administration Booking Fee), for the same Course/Seminar or a Course/Seminar being held at a later date. The decision to accept a new booking /order is at the sole discretion of Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment and is dependent upon but not restricted to the availability of a place on the Course/Seminar for the Attendee. This option is only available for booking/orders placed within three (3) months from the initial date of booking the Course/Seminar. The booking/order payments already received will be transferred to the new Course/Seminar booking/order.
Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment will ensure to the best of its ability that all Courses/Seminars are of the highest quality and standard. However if Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment cancels a Course/Seminar for whatever reason, the Attendee will be refunded in full.
Arbitration:
Any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, whether pre-existing, present, future, and including statutory, common law, international tort and equitable claims) arising from or relating to this Agreement of Sale, its interpretations, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationship which results from this Agreement of Sale (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to this Sale Agreement), Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment advertising, or any related purchase shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration administered by the courts of Australia.
Refund Policy & Cancellation Options - Telephone Consultations
To cancel a booking/order the Client must notify Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment in writing five (5) business days prior to the Telephone Consultation commencement time and date. The booking/order payment amount received by Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment will be retuned to the Client within (21) business days from the Telephone Consultation completion date, less AU$100.00 known as the Non Refundable Deposit.
If notification of cancellation has been received by Millennium Education & Absolute Empowerment from the Client prior to five (5) business days from the Telephone Consultation commencement time & date, the Client can request a booking to be rescheduled without penalty or loss of the deposit at a cost of AU$50.00 (Administration Booking Fee), for the same Telephone Consultation being held at a later date.
