The seventh month – what energies are installed for us? The number 7 has many meanings but according to sacred geometry, this month is about having faith in all that we are doing. Take time from reflection, study and self analysis. Spend lots of time alone and use it constructively. Analyse your thoughts and actions. What would you like to change? The number seven reveals we normally do not see. Look over your life. Do not try to force things this month – let it come to you. Release the business word as much as possible. Leave the social life for another time. Allow your self in the southern hemisphere colder month to hibernate, and soul to grow. Know that all is being divinely taken care for you and that your life is being designed as you rest and hibernate |
Winter has come for us in the Southern hemisphere … a beautiful time to retreat, keep warm, stay home and reflect the last 12 months to find the answers with in for the next 12 months. And that is exactly what I have been doing. Normally I am up before the sun rises to meditate and tune in to the ABSOLUTE and that is when I do a lot of writing and channelling. With the cold and dark I have taken the opportunity of the Winter season to sleep in and enjoy the very physical part of life – I have enjoyed the absolute comfort of my bed, a doona, warm fuzzy blanket and being able to watch the stars from my bedroom window. Sometimes we forget to ‘stop and smell the roses’ and that is what July has given to me so far. I usually go to the gym by 6am and walk with friends but all has come to a complete stop for now whilst I hibernate.
Until my awakening I did not enjoy Winter but now I really relate to it. I thought I would share some of the wisdom I teach from Module II, which has been channelled from ancient wisdom from the Book of Enoch about Winter. Grab a hot tottie and make your self comfy whilst you read this. Let me know what you think and I hope you can apply it to your life.
The metaphysical reason for ‘global warming’ is linked to the element FIRE. This element is about heat, self realisations, letting go, reaction in LOVE not FEAR. These are related to the organ of the heart (taught Module I). The warming is also related to people’s emotional care or LACK of E-Motional care. Here on Earth we do not know how to deal with E-Motions, especially when they are fear based such as anger. These are some of the affects of the winter weather:
- Chronic depression
- Craving carbohydrates
- Gain weight
- Sleeping up to 20% more
- Feeling irritable
- Withdrawn
- Loose interest in sex
- Can not concentrate
- Perform poorly at work
The effects of a cold front:
- Increase asthma attacks
- Increases heart attacks
- Increase in post operative complications
- Glaucoma
- Circulatory problems

Since writing the last Heartspeak newsletter, some of you enquired about essences and how they work. Vibrational Medicine as it is now called is not new. The Australian aboriginal as well as the ancient Egyptians and those from Atlantis used essences, especially Flower essences to help the emotional care. They are also used in India, Asia, South America and in Europe during the middle Ages. Today these essences, especially the Australian Bush Flower essences have been brought back to modern life by Naturopath IAN WHITE, a 5 th generation herbalist. Ian chose Australian flowers as we have the world’s oldest and highest number of flowering plants which are relatively unpolluted and metaphysically very old and wise energy. They help to develop a higher level of intuition, self esteem, spirituality, creativity and fun.
